While Clients are entities who involve in medium-large projects and need to recruit personnel.

Do I need to pay for the service?

Applicants should never pay for applying for a job. The service offered to Applicants will remain always free. Clients will be classified in levels: SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM. Any prospective employer could immediately sign-up and by activating his membership becomes a silver member automatically and this status enables to post jobs. Gold members have to be upgraded and this will depend on the credential they have. We normally don't upgrade members from Silver to Gold unless we are able to find enough references. This is to protect this website and it's members from malicious intentions and spammers. Gold member can read cv's but cannot contact candidates directly. The Platinum membership is for our existing and proved clients. Companies who currently do business with us since some time. They can search our database and contact the candidates directly. Silver and Gold members are not charged to become members and to retain their status.
